• You’re not ‘pushy’, there’s never a hard sell that would put me off, you let the products do the selling.
• To my knowledge you have never tried to sell us a product that was inappropriate or would not solve our problem.
• You keep your promises - regarding quotes, supply, installation etc. In fact I cannot remember a promise that you have not kept.
• Gemsec seems to be a happy company where everyone is valued, and I feel that this rubs off on your staff and how they behave towards your customers.
• With many suppliers or contractors I always feel that there is a ‘honeymoon’ period during which they are extremely attentive, but after 6 months or so this begins to wane. Our relationship has never become complacent, despite the familiarity that comes after time.”
